An explosion rocks the Binhai New Area in north China's Tianjin Municipality at around 11:30 pm on Aug 12 2015.

SODIUM CYANIDE is detected at site as the mainly toxic substance.
SODIUM CYANIDE: Noncombustible but it will forms flammable gas when it contact with water or damp air, it gives off pungent or toxic fumes in a fire. If people contact amount of crystal form of cyanide could lead to convulsions, loss of consciousness, low blood pressure, respiratory failure leading to slow heart rate or death.
